Job Description
We are looking for a writer for this recently launched start-up media company to take charge of our website in writing all kinds of articles. You will have the opportunity to exhibit those ideas you always wanted if writing is something you are passionate about.
We need continuous stories from Politics, Entertainment, Social, Transport, Technology, Society, Consumers, and many more. You are to own our website, promote our brand, and content, and also come up with content that can improve, better, or expand our coverage.
We need someone who is quick on their feet, excellent command of the English language, an additional language would be a bonus but not essential. Someone who is well-read knows about Nigeria, West Africa, Africa, and the world. Articulate, creative thinker, and the ability to play with the English language in both oral and written.
Requirement
- Excellent English proficiency
- A Grammar Pedantry Syndrome (GPS) / Grammar Nazi would be a bonus.
- Content Creator
- Quick thinker
- Politically savvy/updated
- Good knowledge of Nigeria
- Bold and ready to present/defend oneself
- Flexible working hours (position is hybrid)
